Where are your clothes made?
All our pieces are manufactured locally, in our workshops in France. This choice supports craftsmanship, promotes local expertise, and reduces our environmental impact.
How do I care for my Ousman O. garment?
A care guide accompanies each piece to ensure you care for it while respecting the material. The goal: to make your garment last over time, like a precious piece.
💳 Order & Payment
What payment methods are accepted on your site?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and three-time payment with Klarna. All payments are completely secure.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package online.

What are the delivery times and costs?
Orders (excluding pre-orders) are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange an item, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. To initiate a return, contact our customer service.
